GROZAH AUTO SALES: brokerage joins the ecosystem

The fourth division closes the loop. From sourcing and negotiating a lease or finance deal, to the service history that follows the car for the rest of its life.

GROZAH was built backwards on purpose. We started where the pain is loudest — collision, mechanical, rental and management — and only then moved to the beginning of the ownership cycle. GROZAH AUTO SALES is that beginning.

The brokerage model is simple: we work for the buyer, not for a single dealership's inventory. That means sourcing the specific configuration you want across the market, running the numbers on lease versus finance against how long you actually plan to keep the car, and negotiating the deal structure — not just the sticker.

The part that only works inside an ecosystem is what happens afterwards. A car bought through GROZAH arrives with its service plan already mapped at MOTOR WORKS, its body and paint protection scoped at AUTO LAB, and, if you want the car to earn while you are not driving it, a management projection from RENTALS.

Practically, that turns four separate relationships into one. One point of responsibility for the vehicle from the day the deal is signed to the day it is sold, with a single continuous history behind it — which, incidentally, is also what protects resale value.

The division is going live in stages through the rest of the year, starting with Los Angeles County. If you are shopping in the next ninety days, talk to us early — the leverage is in the sourcing, and sourcing takes lead time.
